How to reach the supply desk

Direct lines for order coordination, soil blend questions, and delivery scheduling. We answer within one business day.

Share the plant species or soil blend you need, the approximate volume per delivery, and the site location in Malaysia. Include your expected delivery window. This lets us confirm stock availability and prepare a loading schedule without back-and-forth.

We reply within one business day for general questions. For urgent order changes or delivery rescheduling, call the desk directly at +60 10 286 9745. Email responses for technical soil or species questions may take up to two business days.

Yes, but visits are scheduled on weekdays between 9:00 and 15:00. We limit visits to two per week so nursery staff can keep working. Write to info@paradisvogel.com with your preferred date and the scale of your project.

We deliver to all states in Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia, we coordinate sea freight and advise on transit times, which add roughly five to seven days. Our team confirms the exact route and cost before you commit.

Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the affected plants or soil bags. We replace the damaged portion on the next scheduled delivery or arrange a separate shipment depending on volume. Replacement requests after 48 hours are reviewed case by case.

We work with bulk orders only. A typical starting order is 500 plants or 10 cubic meters of soil. If your project is smaller, we can point you to a local nursery that handles retail quantities. Our focus stays on large landscaping contracts.

Order flow

From inquiry to greenhouse delivery

Step 01

Send your project brief

Tell us the scope: plant species, quantities, soil volume, and the delivery window for your landscaping site. We confirm what we can supply from current greenhouse stock.

Step 02

Sample and specification check

For large corporate orders, we arrange a sample batch so your team can verify plant size, root condition, and soil composition before we commit to full production.

Step 03

Production scheduling

Once the spec is approved, we lock greenhouse space and irrigation cycles for your batch. This step sets the exact pickup or delivery date for your site.

Step 04

Quality control before dispatch

Every pallet is checked for leaf damage, root integrity, and soil moisture levels. We log the results and share the report with your project manager.

Step 05

Loading and transport

We coordinate with your logistics team or arrange our own fleet for bulk shipments. Plants are packed with proper ventilation and soil is sealed against spillage.

Step 06

Site handover and follow-up

Our team is present at unloading to confirm the batch matches the order. We stay available for the first two weeks in case any plant needs replacement.
