For tropical plants, we recommend 6 to 8 weeks lead time. This allows us to condition the plants for transport and ensure they arrive in good shape. Soil blends can be prepared faster, usually within 2 weeks, depending on the mix and quantity.
We deliver nationwide. Our logistics team coordinates with freight partners to handle large shipments to any state. For projects in East Malaysia, we factor in additional transit time and use packaging suited for longer journeys.
Yes. We adjust drainage, nutrient content, and pH based on the plant species and local conditions. Send us the project details, and our agronomist will recommend a blend or modify an existing one to match your site requirements.
We inspect every batch before dispatch, but transit can still cause stress. If more than 5% of a shipment arrives damaged, we replace the affected units at no extra cost. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will process the replacement.
For domestic orders, we supply a delivery order and phytosanitary certificate when required. For export, we prepare the necessary export documentation, including phytosanitary certification, to help you clear customs without delays.
