These terms cover how corporate clients place orders, receive shipments, and manage their accounts with Paradisvogel. They also define our responsibilities and the limits of our liability.
Paradisvogel supplies exotic plants and industrial-grade soil mixes for corporate landscaping projects. Orders are accepted only from registered business clients. Each order is confirmed in writing with a detailed list of species, quantities, and delivery dates before cultivation begins.
Clients must provide accurate delivery addresses, site access details, and any permits required for large-scale planting. It is the client's responsibility to confirm that the chosen plant species are suitable for the local climate and intended location before placing an order.
Changes to an order can be requested up to 14 days before the scheduled dispatch. Cancellations made after cultivation has started may incur a restocking fee. We do not accept returns for plants that have been delivered and planted on site.
Shipments are delivered to the address stated on the order confirmation. Clients must inspect all plants and soil upon arrival and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
Paradisvogel is not liable for losses caused by improper planting, inadequate irrigation, or extreme weather conditions after delivery. Our total liability for any single order is limited to the value of the goods supplied in that order.
We may suspend or close a client account if an order violates these terms, if payment obligations are not met, or if the client provides misleading information. Clients may close their account at any time by contacting us in writing.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
